Milbon's Dual-Repair Technology pairs two repair ingredients — SSVR-Silk fills the internal gaps, and a keratin protein called CMADK anchors that repair deep inside the strand so it lasts.
WHAT IT ISReconstruction, from the inside out
When hair is over-processed, microscopic hollow voids open up inside the cortex — the core of the strand — and that's where strength, elasticity and shine are lost. The Repair Treatment is the most reconstructive service in the Milbon range, designed specifically for severely damaged and over-processed hair.
It works in two stages at once. SSVR-Silk, a silk-based complex, moves into those voids and replenishes the lipids the hair has lost. Then CMADK, a keratin-derived protein, binds inside the strand and extends how long that repair holds — while cationized keratin is drawn to the most damaged areas, so the repair concentrates where you need it most.
